Products Description
UL1007 Hook up Wire is an electronic cable mainly used for internal wiring of general electronic and electrical equipment. Use single or twisted 32-16AWG bare or tinned soft copper wire. According to different wire specifications (AWG), the maximum conductor resistance (Ω/km, 20 ℃), DC is different, for example, the conductor resistance of 30AWG is 381 Ω/km.
Using PVC (polyvinyl chloride) as insulation material to meet ROHS environmental standards. The insulation thickness is uniform and easy to cut and peel.
Ensure flame retardant performance under specific conditions through UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 vertical combustion tests. Complies with UL 758 UL 1581 and CSA C22.2 No.210.2 safety standards.
The specific specifications include wire gauge (AWG), number/diameter of conductor wires, diameter, average insulation thickness, completed outer diameter, etc. These parameters vary according to actual needs. Usually labeled with information such as UL1007, wire gauge (AWG), rated temperature (such as 80 ℃), rated voltage (such as 300V), etc. It has characteristics such as acid resistance, oil resistance, moisture resistance, and mold resistance. When exposed to oily environments, the temperature should not exceed 60 ℃ or 80 ℃. Using lead-free polyvinyl chloride insulation material that meets environmental requirements.
