Quotation and Negotiation

2. Both parties shall negotiate the various terms in the quotation, including price, delivery time, payment method, etc., in order to reach an agreement that is acceptable to both parties.

Sign the contract
1.After reaching an agreement through negotiation, draft a sales contract.
