 Description

Mining cables are heavy-duty specialized power cables developed to withstand the extreme and high-risk operating conditions of open-pit and underground mines. 

Mining cables consist of three core categories: mining power cable, mining flexible cable, and under-ground mining cable.

Overview of the Three Core Mining Cable Series

1. Mining Power Cable

The mining power cable is a heavy-duty fixed-laying transmission cable designed for mine stationary power supply systems. It serves as the main power trunk for mine substations, fixed mechanical equipment, and the overall mine power distribution network.

2. Mining Flexible Cable

The mining flexible cable is a dynamic professional cable tailored for frequently movable mining equipment. Constructed with ultra-flexible stranded copper conductors and high-elastic rubber or polyurethane outer sheaths, it withstands continuous bending, twisting, dragging, and coiling without conductor breakage or insulation damage.

3. Under-Ground Mining Cable

The under-ground mining cable is a safety-enhanced specialized cable built for confined underground mining working faces and tunnels. Integrated with explosion-proof, ground monitoring, and anti-corrosion structures, it features monitoring cores, metal shielding layers, and sealed flame-retardant structures.
