Products Description

Copper core cross-linked polyethylene insulated low smoke and halogen-free marine power cable is a cable product designed specifically for marine power transmission systems.
The conductor adopts a copper conductor with a circular geometric shape, and multiple twisted conductors should be tightly pressed. Compared with fan-shaped conductors, circular tightly pressed copper conductors wrap mica tape tightly, which is conducive to uniform distribution of electric field and enhanced electrical insulation performance of cables. At the same time, it can save the amount of mica tape and reduce costs. The insulation material adopts cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) as the insulation material. Due to the overlapping wrapping of two or more layers of fire-resistant mica tape on the outer surface of the conductor, the insulation layer thickness of cables with a conductor cross-section of 25mm ² and above is allowed to be reduced by 20%, but based on the ability to pass the fire-resistant cable test.

Product performance

Low smoke and halogen-free: In the case of combustion, this cable has the characteristics of low smoke and halogen-free, does not produce toxic smoke and corrosive gases, and is harmless to the environment and human health.
Flame retardant: The cable sheath is made of halogen-free low smoke flame retardant polyolefin sheath material, which has flame retardant performance.
Temperature resistance: The conductor is allowed to operate at a temperature of 85 ℃ for a long time, and the working temperature of the conductor does not exceed 250 ℃ when the short circuit time is 5 seconds.
UV resistance: The cable has UV resistance performance.
Moisture resistance: The cable design takes into account applications in humid environments.
