Structure Composition
Conductor: A DIN VDE 0295 standard class 5 flexible multi-strand tinned copper conductor is adopted. This kind of conductor has good flexibility and electrical conductivity, and can still maintain stable current transmission under the circumstances of frequent bending and moving, reducing the occurrence of power failures caused by conductor breakage or damage.
Insulation: The insulation layer is made of Type 3GI3 heat-resistant EPR, which has excellent heat resistance and insulation performance, enabling it to work normally in high-temperature environments and effectively preventing current leakage, thus ensuring the safety and stability of power transmission.
Inner Sheath: The inner sheath is made of materials such as SR/SBR/PCP/CR type GM1b/5GM3. These materials possess good mechanical properties and environmental resistance, and can provide effective protection for the conductors and insulation layers inside the cable, enhancing the overall durability of the cable.
Outer Sheath: The outer sheath is made of chlorinated rubber PCP/CR type 5GM5, which has the characteristics of abrasion resistance, tear resistance, oil resistance, and flame retardancy. It can resist external mechanical abrasion, oil erosion, and the threat of flames, greatly improving the service life and safety of the cable in harsh industrial environments.

Color Identification
The conventional color of its outer sheath is black. However, for the core wire identification, colors will be used to distinguish within 5 cores, and for 6 cores and above, black core wires with white numbers will be used for distinction. Some products can also be equipped with a green/yellow ground wire for easy identification and distinction during installation and maintenance.
