Products Description
PVC economical all copper shielded robot cable, as a cable designed specifically for robot applications, has a series of characteristics and parameters to meet the high requirements of robot arms and other components in complex environments.
The conductor material is bare copper stranded wire, ensuring good conductivity. The cross-sectional area of the conductor ranges from 0.14mm ² to 0.34mm ² and is greater than 0.50mm ². The conductor complies with IEC60228+EN60228 and VDE0295 level 6 standards, ensuring the quality and reliability of the conductor. The insulation layer adopts PVC T12, which complies with DIN VDE0281+HD21.1 standard and provides excellent electrical insulation performance. The shielding layer is fully copper shielded, effectively resisting external electromagnetic interference and ensuring stable signal transmission. The PVC TM5 sheath complies with DIN VDE 0281+HD21.1 standards, providing excellent physical protection and excellent oil resistance. The sheath color is black (RAL9005) for easy identification and use.
According to the different cross-sectional areas of the conductors, the rated voltages are UL/CSA 300V (0.14mm ² -0.34mm ²) and UL/CSA 600V (≥ 0.50mm ²), respectively. For different cross-sectional areas of the conductors, the test voltages are 1500V (0.14mm ² -0.34mm ²) and 3000V (≥ 0.50mm ²), which comply with DIN VDE0472 and DIN VDE0281+HD21.2 standards. The working voltage varies depending on the cross-sectional area and installation conditions of the conductors, with a maximum of up to DIN VDE 600/1000V.
