Cat6 SFTP Elevator cable is a high-performance network cable designed and optimized for elevator systems. SFTP stands for Shielded Shielded Foiled Twisted Pair (Shielded Foiled Twisted Pair), which not only has the high-speed transmission and low latency characteristics of Cat6 cables, but also further improves the anti-interference capability and signal stability of the cable through additional shielding layer design.

First, cable structure

1.Conductor: The Cat6 SFTP cable contains eight conductors, each conductor is composed of multiple strands of thin copper wire, which provides better transmission performance and stability.

2.Insulation layer: Each conductor is wrapped in a high-quality insulation layer to avoid interference and short circuits between conductors.

3.Twisting structure: Between each pair of conductors, one or more layers of insulating material are used to maintain the distance between conductors and fix the position of conductors. At the same time, different twisting methods are used between conductors, such as normal twisting, counterclockwise twisting, etc., to further reduce interference and signal loss.

4.Shield layer: The core feature of the SFTP cable is its shield layer design. The exterior of the cable is covered with one or more layers of aluminum foil shielding layers, which can effectively block electromagnetic interference and improve the stability and transmission quality of the signal.
