Products Description
Self supporting steel cable is a special type of cable mainly used for connecting and controlling electric hoists for cranes, as well as for indoor electrical installation in dry or humid environments.
The conductor is made of ultra-fine bare copper wire twisted into multiple strands to ensure the stability and efficiency of current transmission. The insulation is made of PVC core wire, providing excellent electrical insulation performance. The sheath is made of modified Teflon elastomer, which has better tensile and tear resistance than ordinary rubber materials, while maintaining softness. The cable is equipped with jute rope for tensile bearing, and a layer of non-woven fabric buffer is wrapped between the core wire and the sheath. In very long cases, two galvanized steel wire ropes can also be chosen to bear the load (with a breaking force of 10.4KN and a height of 150M). The cable is colorful, with numbers referring to JISC3306 standard and black numbers and white numbers, which comply with IEC227 standard.

Electrical installation: suitable for various electrical installations in dry or humid indoor environments.
Special motion conditions: Due to its special flexible design, it is also suitable for installation or fixed laying under non continuous left and right movements that can be forcibly guided without stress relief (but not used for elevator cable up and down lifting).
