JZ-HF is a European-standard high-flex control cable specially engineered for continuous reciprocating installation inside energy drag chains, designed strictly referencing DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 & DIN EN 50525-2-51 industrial specification for dynamic machine wiring applications.

Internal Structural Working Principle

The cable adopts a five-layer composite structural design optimized for repeated flex fatigue resistance:

Conductor Layer: Extra-fine bare copper wires stranding in Class6 standard, smaller single copper filament reduces internal shear stress during frequent bending to avoid conductor fracture after long-term movement;

Core Insulation Layer: Z7225 special modified PVC insulation with stable insulation resistance ≥20MΩ·km at ambient temperature, uniform extrusion controlled by online laser thickness inspection to keep eccentricity ≤10% as production QC standard;

Layered Core Stranding: Multi-cores stranded with scientifically calculated optimized lay length, each stranding layer wrapped with non-woven fleece to restrict core displacement during drag chain back-and-forth motion, preventing core friction abrasion inside the cable;

Optional Ground Core: For variants over 3 cores, GN-YE green-yellow protective earth core is fixed on outer core layer per DIN standard; OZ-HF model excludes ground conductor for cost-saving customized demand;

Outer Sheath Layer: DIN-certified TM5 special oil-proof PVC compound extruded as outer jacket (RAL7001 grey), formulated to resist machine mineral oil dilution per DIN EN 60811-404 liquid immersion test regulation.
