Products Description

Universal rubber sheathed flexible cable is a power transmission line with a wide range of applications. According to the mechanical external forces acting on the cable, it is divided into three categories in terms of product structure: light, medium, and heavy. Waterproof rubber sheathed cables and cables for submersible pumps are mainly used for matching submersible motors.
Welding machine cable: suitable for secondary side wiring and connecting welding pliers for welding machines with AC voltage to ground not exceeding 200V and pulsating DC peak value of 400V.
Rated voltage: generally 300/500V, 450/750V, etc., depending on different engineering projects and application scenarios.
Rated current: determined based on the cross-sectional area of the wire and the material of the wire.
The long-term allowable working temperature of the wire core shall not exceed 65 ℃.

Structure and Material

Conductor: made by twisting multiple strands of fine copper wire, providing good conductivity.
Insulation layer: Made of high-quality rubber materials (such as nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, etc.), it has good electrical performance and wear resistance.
Sheath layer: made of soft rubber material, providing good wear resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and other properties.
Protective layer: Weaving or wrapping may be used to enhance the mechanical strength and tensile resistance of the cable.
